Fetch Axcelerate users

Click the button below to fetch users from Axcelerate API integration.

Import Users

Download Sample Import File

  1. First upload the file and click on upload. The table generated will show all the rows from the file
  2. Each row will be validated and will confirm if the users are already enrolled into the system.
  3. If against any USER you find value under Status column as Email exists then you need to remove those rows from the file and re-upload the valid file again
  4. File will only be Successfully Uploaded if all users in the file are new to the system.

Import user course file

  1. The Users must be present within the LMS (Through user upload under Add Users tab).
  2. The Course must be present with a course ID. You can find the course ID in Course View page.
  3. The Groups mentioned in the upload file should already be present within the Course.
  4. Upload file to start import of users to courses in the file.
